કૌભાંડ થી સરકાર ની મુશ્કેલી ઓ વધતી જાય છે અને લોકો ને સરકાર પર થી વિશ્વાસ ઉઠતો જાય છે અને જો લોકો નો વિશ્વાસ ઉઠતો જશે તો ૨૦૧૯ માં કેન્દ્ર માં સરકાર બનાવવા માં મુશ્કેલી થતી જણાય છે

હાલ માં જ હમણાં નીરવ મોદી દવારા 11400 કરોડ, લિકર કિંગ વિજય માલ્યા 9000 કરોડ, વીડિયોકોન 38000 કરોડ, રીડ એન્ડ ટેલર નું 5000 કરોડ, આવા નાના મોટા તો કેટલા કૌભાંડો થાય રહયા છે ચોકીદાર ના નાક નીચે થી ભૈયો-બહેનો,

વર્ષ ૨૦૧૪ થી ભારત ના 23000 અબજોપતિ દેશ છોડી ને ચાલ્યા ગયા છે અને આ ધનકુબેરો ની પ્રથમ પસંદગી બ્રિટન, દુબઇ, સિંગાપોર,અમેરિકા અને ઓસ્ટેલિયા છે,

આપડું તો એવું માનવું છે કે જેને જે કામ માં ફાવટ હોય એ કરાય જરૂરી નથી કે PM બની જવું ચા સારી બનાવતા આવડતી હોય તો એ પણ કરાય અને તેમાં કોઈ શરમ ના હોય એ પણ એક રોજગાર જ છે.

એક મોટી તીજોરી પછી એમા નાની તીજોરી,
અને એમા નાનકડી ડબ્બીમા રેશમના કપડા ઉપર

કારણ.કે સોનીને ખબર છે કે જો આ હીરા પર થોડીક
પણ ખરોચ આવી તો આની કોઈ કીંમત નહી રહે.

આ સમાજમા બેટીઓ ની અહેમીયત આવી છે.
આખા ઘરને રોશન કરતી, ઝળહળતી હીરાની અંગુઠી
જેવી
જરાક અમથી ખરોચથી એની અને એના પરીવાર જોડે
કાંઈ પણ નથી રહેતુ.

બસ આટલુ જ અંતર છે છોકરીઓ અને છોકરાઓમાં

આખી સભા સ્તબધ થઈ ગઈ,

સ્ટીફન હોકિંગના બાળકો, લ્યુસી, રોબર્ટ અને ટિમે એક નિવેદનમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, "આજે આપણા વહાલા પિતાના ગુજરી ગયેલા એક મહાન વૈજ્ઞાનિક અને અસાધારણ વ્યક્તિ છે, જેમનું કાર્ય અને વારસો ઘણાં વર્ષો સુધી જીવશે. વિશ્વભરમાં તેમની તેજસ્વીતા અને રમૂજ પ્રેરિત લોકો સાથે દ્રઢતાપૂર્વક તેમણે એક વખત કહ્યું હતું, 'જો તે લોકો જે તમે ચાહતા હોત તો તે બહુ બ્રહ્માંડ ન હોત.' અમે તેને કાયમ ચૂકીશું. - બીસીસીઆઇના નવા કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ અનુસાર ક્રિકેટર્સને ગ્રેડ માટે એક નવી કેટેગરી એ+ પણ બનાવી છે. જેમાં સામેલ ક્રિકેટર્સને સૌથી વધુ વધુ ફી મળશે. આ પ્લેયર્સને વાર્ષિક 7-7 કરોડ

રૂપિયા આપવામાં આવશે.
- નવી બનાવેલ કેટેગરી એ+ ગ્રેડમાં સામેલ પ્લેયર્સને 5 કરોડ, ગ્રેડ બીમાં સામેલ પ્લેયર્સને 3 કરોડ અને ગ્રેડ સીના ખેલાડીઓને 1 કરોડ રૂપિયા વાર્ષિક રિટેનિંગ ફી આપવામાં આવશે.

ધવનને થયો સૌથી વધુ ફાયદો

- બીસીસીઆઇની જારી કેન્દ્રીય અનુબંધની નવી યાદીમાં જો કોઇને સૌથી વધુ ફાયદો થયો છે તો તે ભારતનો ઓપનર બેટ્સમેન શિખર ધવન છે. ધવનને ગત વખતે 50 લાખ રૂપિયા

સેલેરી મળી હતી. આ વખતે ધવનને નવી કેટેગરી એ પ્લસમાં રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે, તેને સેલેરી તરીકે 7 કરોડ રૂપિયા મળશે. ધવનની એક વર્ષમાં કમાણી 1300 ટકા વધી જશે.

ફીમાં થયો બે ગણો વધારો

- નવા કોન્ટ્રાક્ટમાં ક્રિકેટર્સની રિટેનિંગ ફીમાં બે ગણો વધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. ગત કોન્ટ્રાક્ટમાં જ્યાં ગ્રેડ-એમાં સામેલ ક્રિકેટર્સને 2-2 કરોડ રૂપિયા મળતા હતા જ્યારે નવા ગ્રેડમાં તેમને 5-5 કરોડ રૂપિયા મળશે.

- ગ્રેડ-બીમાં સામેલ ક્રિકેટર્સની રિટેનિંગ ફી 1 કરોડથી વધારીને 3 કરોડ રૂપિયા કરવામાં આવી છે. જ્યારે ગ્રેડ-સીમાં સામેલ ક્રિકેટર્સને હવે 50 લાખ રૂપિયાની જગ્યાએ 1 કરોડ રૂપિયા મળશે.

10. Find your place.

If you just work at a job, find the best place you can serve well, and sure enough they'll ask you to occupy a better place. Keep doing a job well; do the very best you can. That's your best way out.

11. Demand integrity from yourself.

Integrity is like loyalty. You can't demand it of someone else; you can only demand it of yourself. Be the best example of loyalty and you'll get loyal followers. Be the best example of integrity and you'll have people around you who have integrity. Lead the way.

12. Welcome the disciplines.

I can't give you much better advice than that because disciplines create reality. Disciplines build cities. A well-disciplined activity creates abundance, uniqueness and productivity.

13. Fight for what's right.

It’s extraordinary to be able to say: “I fought for my kids; I fought for what was right; I fought for good health; I fought to protect my company; I fought for a good career that would bless my family. I fought a good fight.” It's good to fight the encroachment. Opposites are in conflict and you're in the middle. If you want something valuable, you've got to fight for it.

पत्नी ने कहा - आज धोने के लिए ज्यादा कपड़े मत निकालना…

पति- क्यों??

उसने कहा..- अपनी काम वाली बाई दो दिन नहीं आएगी…

पति- क्यों??

पत्नी- गणपति के लिए अपने नाती से मिलने बेटी के यहाँ जा रही है, बोली थी…

पति- ठीक है, अधिक कपड़े नहीं निकालता…

पत्नी- और हाँ!!! गणपति के लिए पाँच सौ रूपए दे दूँ उसे? त्यौहार का बोनस..

पति- क्यों? अभी दिवाली आ ही रही है, तब दे देंगे…

पत्नी- अरे नहीं बाबा!! गरीब है बेचारी, बेटी-नाती के यहाँ जा रही है, तो उसे भी अच्छा लगेगा… और इस महँगाई के दौर में उसकी पगार से त्यौहार कैसे मनाएगी बेचारी!!

पति- तुम भी ना… जरूरत से ज्यादा ही भावुक हो जाती हो…

पत्नी- अरे नहीं… चिंता मत करो… मैं आज का पिज्जा खाने का कार्यक्रम रद्द कर देती हूँ… खामख्वाहपाँच सौ रूपए उड़ जाएँगे, बासी पाव के उन आठ टुकड़ों के पीछे…

पति- वा, वा… क्या कहने!! हमारे मुँह से पिज्जा छीनकर बाई की थाली में??
तीन दिन बाद… पोंछा लगाती हुई कामवाली बाई से पति ने पूछा...

पति- क्या बाई?, कैसी रही छुट्टी?

बाई- बहुत बढ़िया हुई साहब… दीदी ने पाँच सौ रूपए दिए थे ना.. त्यौहार का बोनस..

पति- तो जा आई बेटी के यहाँ…मिल ली अपने नाती से…?

बाई- हाँ साब… मजा आया, दो दिन में 500 रूपए खर्च कर दिए…

पति- अच्छा!! मतलब क्या किया 500 रूपए का??

बाई- नाती के लिए 150 रूपए का शर्ट, 40 रूपए की गुड़िया, बेटी को 50 रूपए के पेढे लिए, 50 रूपए के पेढे मंदिर में प्रसाद चढ़ाया, 60 रूपए किराए के लग गए.. 25 रूपए की चूड़ियाँ बेटी के लिए और जमाई के लिए 50 रूपए का बेल्ट लिया अच्छा सा… बचे हुए 75 रूपए नाती को दे दिए कॉपी-पेन्सिल खरीदने के लिए… झाड़ू-पोंछा करते हुए पूरा हिसाब उसकी ज़बान पर रटा हुआ था…

पति- 500 रूपए में इतना कुछ???

वह आश्चर्य से मन ही मन विचार करने लगा...उसकी आँखों के सामने आठ टुकड़े किया हुआ बड़ा सा पिज्ज़ा घूमने लगा, एक-एक टुकड़ा उसके दिमाग में हथौड़ा मारने लगा… अपने एक पिज्जा के खर्च की तुलना वह कामवाली बाई के त्यौहारी खर्च से करने लगा… पहला टुकड़ा बच्चे की ड्रेस का, दूसरा टुकड़ा पेढे का, तीसरा टुकड़ा मंदिर का प्रसाद, चौथा किराए का, पाँचवाँ गुड़िया का, छठवां टुकड़ा चूडियों का, सातवाँ जमाई के बेल्ट का और आठवाँ टुकड़ा बच्चे की कॉपी-पेन्सिल का..आज तक उसने हमेशा पिज्जा की एक ही बाजू देखी थी, कभी पलटाकर नहीं देखा था कि पिज्जा पीछे से कैसा दिखता है… लेकिन आज कामवाली बाई ने उसे पिज्जा की दूसरी बाजू दिखा दी थी… पिज्जा के आठ टुकड़े उसे जीवन का अर्थ समझा गए थे… “जीवन के लिए खर्च” या “खर्च के लिए

जीवन” का नवीन अर्थ एक झटके में उसे समझ आ गया…
